Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, REST, SQL, and testing frameworks.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Self-organized and proactive in improving processes.
• Experience working in a product team.
• Ability to articulate ideas and present effectively.
• Analytical skills to manage complex experiments.
• Experience with A/B experiments and product metrics.
• Team player with a focus on customer problems.
