Monarch is a rapidly growing company focused on helping users manage their financial lives through a product that they love. The company is fully remote and seeks a Software Engineer focused on Growth to enhance user acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

In Short

• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers.
• Build product experiences to help users find and onboard to Monarch.
• Implement and test new ideas through A/B testing.
• Senior, Staff, or Principal level position.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong product intuition and understanding of consumer experiences.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with consumer subscription products and fintech is a plus.
