Senior/Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Monarch is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer who is passionate about crafting high-quality user experiences and elevating the design of personal finance tools.

In Short

• Own end-to-end product design, ensuring a high bar for UI/UX through detailed execution in Figma.
• Conduct UX research with customers, test prototypes, and refine designs based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams for seamless design implementation.
• Get up to speed with Monarch’s design system and take ownership of new product design projects.
• 4+ years in product design at a consumer-focused company.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience designing for 0-to-1 projects or consumer mobile apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React is beneficial.
