Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Director of Finance to own our FP&A function during a period of hyper-growth. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both build models and translate complex financial insights into actionable business recommendations.

In Short

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Build and maintain core financial models.
• Partner with CFO and leadership team for business performance analysis.
• Lead monthly business reviews and variance analysis.
• Support CFO in preparing investor updates and board materials.
• Establish scalable financial processes.
• Define key financial and operational metrics.
• Implement and optimize financial tools and systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Strategic Finance.
• At least 2+ years in a high-growth startup.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with FP&A tools.
• Experience implementing financial systems and processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
