Senior/Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Monarch is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer who is passionate about crafting high-quality user experiences and elevating the design of personal finance tools. This role involves designing and iterating on new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing strategically to the design direction.

In Short

• Own end-to-end product design ensuring high UI/UX standards.

• Take ownership of new product design projects within the first 90 days.
• 4+ years of experience in product design at a consumer-focused company.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience designing for 0-to-1 projects or consumer mobile apps is a plus.
• Primary tool: Figma; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React is a bonus.
• Fully remote work environment.
