As a fully remote company (even before COVID!), we welcome applicants from almost anywhere. Our team collaborates synchronously mostly from 9 AM – 2 PM PT and embraces asynchronous work to stay connected across time zones.

In Short

• Own the organic content strategy to support business objectives through new content and updating existing content.
• Monitor rankings and algorithm updates to develop testing calendar.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure website structure supports organic search efforts.
• Track and report on business and diagnostic KPIs.
• Expand organic reach beyond traditional search by optimizing content for discovery engines like ChatGPT and other AI assistants.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years creating web content and managing a content calendar.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research and search intent.
• Proven experience driving organic search traffic through iterative testing.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console and web analytics.
• Familiarity with updating websites via a CMS and basic HTML.
• Strong verbal and written communication, Cross-functional collaboration, Analytical and Problem solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Self-motivated and Pro-active.
