• Build and maintain systems, tools, and workflows that streamline collaboration between creative and marketing teams.
• Implement and manage project tracking, asset management, and content rights systems.
• Design and optimize review, approval, and intake processes.
• Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project scoping.
• Identify and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years experience in creative or marketing operations roles.
• Proven track record implementing systems and workflows.
• Deep understanding of in-house creative team dynamics.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Linear).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical execution plans.
