Creative Operations Manager - Remote

In Short

• Setup, launch, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Design and implement streamlined workflows and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and seek resourceful ways to optimize processes.
• Serve as the central source of truth for project information and documentation.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members on best practices.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a creative environment.
• Experience with project management software (ClickUp is a plus).
• Deep understanding of creative and marketing for SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing fully remote teams.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
