• Lead the intake process for creative requests, capturing and prioritizing requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison for the creative team with various departments.
• Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Oversee quality control of creative outputs.
• Track project progress and team productivity.
• Partner with Client Services to understand client needs.
• Leverage technology to optimize project workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of creative operations or a similar role within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and creative workflow tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS, healthcare, automotive, or finance industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
