Overview

Mangomint is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and systems-minded Creative Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Growth Services team, playing a pivotal part in driving business growth.

In Short

• Own and manage Asana workspace, including workflows and continuous process improvements.
• Partner with teams across Growth, Design, Data, Sales, and external collaborators for integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate every phase of a project to keep work moving efficiently and on time.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Manage external contractors and vendors for high-quality campaign assets.
• Tackle unexpected challenges with agility and clear communication.
• Identify process gaps and champion ways to work smarter and faster.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in project management or creative operations.
• Deep experience with Asana or similar tools.
• Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Clear and confident communicator with a track record of aligning stakeholders.
• A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize against broader goals.
• Comfortable working independently with little oversight.
