In Short

• Own projects from end-to-end, from ideation to implementation to quantifying production impact.
• Take responsibility for the team’s impact, goals and ownership areas.
• Tackle exciting technical problems, designing new architecture and solutions.
• Mentor other engineers and shape the team's technical strategy.
• Help recruit more world class engineers to Figma.

Requirements

• 4+ years working as a professional software engineer.
• 4+ years of professional experience shipping features or products.
• A focus on impact, with the ability to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Strong cross-team and functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in and a desire to teach fellow engineers.
