• Seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for SMB clients in Film & Television.
• Own a portfolio of small to mid-sized companies and productions.
• Guide customers through onboarding and their first payroll.
• Drive adoption of Wrapbook features and workflows.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor client health and payroll activity.
• Submit product feedback and contribute to internal documentation.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed.
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.
• Proven ability to lead client onboarding and deliver platform demos.
• Familiarity with payroll operations in entertainment is a plus.
• Understanding of production accounting workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing a fast-paced book of business.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRMs preferred.
