Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage the success of our Small Business customers, focusing on enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes with the Deputy platform.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B customer success or relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with a large customer portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and computer skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Passionate about customer advocacy.
  • Comfortable in a changing environment.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills.
