Overview

Worldly is seeking a summer intern to support our Product team, providing hands-on experience in various product-related areas.

In Short

• Conduct user research to gather insights on customer needs.
• Analyze product usage data to identify trends.
• Support the development of product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on product features.
• Create product documentation and user guides.
• Participate in product testing and QA.
• Research industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Assist in defining key product metrics.
• Support communication about new product updates.
• Present findings to the Product team.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technology or sustainability-related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
• Proficiency with Figma, Jira, SQL, Google Analytics, UX research tools.
