Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on leads, conducting sales calls, and converting leads into clients while utilizing AI tools and CRM software.

• Follow up on leads provided by the Lead Acquisition Specialist.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to convert leads into clients.
• Utilize AI tools and CRM software to track and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions using Monday.com.
• Continuously refine closing strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, closing deals, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and Google Voice.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Comfort using AI-driven sales tools and platforms.
• Experience or background in the SAAS industry or tech industry is a plus.
