Overview

The Customer Service & Help Desk Returns Assistant is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and guiding them through return processes while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

In Short

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers through return creation, authorization, and tracking processes.
• Document all customer interactions in the help desk or CRM system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for return processing.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or help desk support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP or help desk systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Benefits

• Weeks 1–8: $4USD/hour.
• Weeks 8 onwards: $5USD/hour.
