Human Resources and Customer Service Executive - Remote

Overview

This position involves overseeing HR functions, managing customer relationships, and assisting with executive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Assist in policy creation, compliance, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
• Facilitate internal communications between management and staff.
• Initiate and manage outbound communication with potential clients.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and customer relationships.
• Track and update leads using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Schedule appointments and consultations with prospective clients.
• Assist with daily executive tasks and calendar management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and customer service (Executive Assistant experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a must.
• Experience in creating SOPs using training tools.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Canva, and Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare settings is helpful.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Work schedule Monday - Saturday, 9AM-6PM Central Standard Time.
