• Take screenshots and sort positive feedback for marketing use.
• Audit open web pages for broken links and errors.
• Use tools like Clarity to identify usability issues.
• Monitor user frustration reports and address website pain points.
• Assist in TikTok content creation and video repurposing.
• Edit and post short-form content from existing videos.
• Optimize videos for SEO and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing administration or digital marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing tasks.
• Proficiency in social media management, especially LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok.
• Familiarity with virtual event coordination.
• Basic website auditing and understanding of UX improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with video editing and YouTube optimization.
