Overview

The Senior Specialist, Invoice Operations participates in the in-house and outsourced high-volume day-to-day invoicing operations and demonstrates business acumen to lead the team, creating and submitting invoices for non-standard processes and strategic customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years experience in invoicing or accounting.
• Experience with third-party invoicing systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and G-Suite proficiency.
• Experience in workflow automation.
