As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at WorkMotion, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers in the United States, introducing them to our EOR platform and scheduling virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in high-performing remote sales environments
  • Affinity for and understanding of SaaS solutions
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and a proactive attitude
  • Goal-oriented and well-organized
  • Proven track record in similar BDR/SDR roles
  • Fluent or native-level English
