Overview

The Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst at Workday will focus on using intelligent automation to enhance accounting and business processes, primarily within the chief accounting officer’s organization.

• Design and provide solutions to automate processes using RPA technology.
• Script automation plans based on business requirements.
• Test scenarios and scripts to support RPA solution development.
• Combine RPA with AI technologies to optimize workflows.
• Document standard processes and support the design, build, test, and deployment of integration solutions.
• Review audit trails and monitor bot activity for compliance.
• Work with Business Analysts to define manual rules for automation.
• Conduct automation testing including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and abilities.
• Report status, issues, and risks to tech leads regularly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and process automation.
• 4+ years working with automation technology and programming RPA Bots.
• Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools.
• UiPath Certified Developer.
• Knowledge of accounting and business systems.
• Experience in process mining and intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with Workday financial system and Salesforce software.
