Overview

The Business Intelligence & Sales Transformation Analyst will be responsible for developing standardized sales reporting and analytics for Motive using Salesforce Analytics, also known as CRMa, a leading data visualization tool. This role involves working with cutting-edge tools and technologies to integrate unstructured data and generate actionable insights into the sales organization’s performance.

In Short

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand dashboard requirements.
  • Develop automated, self-service dashboards using CRMa.
  • Migrate existing Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports to CRMa.
  • Design and construct complex datasets by extracting and cleansing data from multiple systems.
  • Establish data pipelines for business-critical KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Utilize Snowflake for data mining and extraction.
  • Build complex queries to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs and seller productivity metrics.
  • Provide analytical support for segment sales operations teams.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a quantitative field such as IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Hands-on experience in developing dashboards using CRMa.
  • 5+ years in a Sales Business Intelligence or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other business intelligence applications.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
