Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer with a focus on Technical hires to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of IT and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for our P&E Team. We’re excited to find a candidate who can make an immediate impact on our team. This role will begin with a 6-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position based on individual performance, budget, and the company's overall needs. In Short

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule screening interviews for the TA Partners
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and other evaluation processes.
• Partner closely with TAPs to understand company hiring needs
• Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the talent market.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience, focusing on tech roles (developers QAs, ML/AI, etc.).
• Proven track record of successful hires in technology or related industries.
• Strong understanding of IT roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with the talent market
