Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our Wordly AI interpretation platform.

In Short

• Create and maintain user-friendly documentation including user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Understand user needs to create clear and concise documentation.
• Proofread and edit documentation for grammar and style.
• Regularly review and update existing documentation.
• Explore and implement new documentation tools and technologies.
• Contribute to knowledge management to empower users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools, especially Markdown.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or translation technology is a plus.
• Experience with video tutorials or multimedia content creation is a plus.
