This is an exciting time to join Woolf and help build a university for a borderless future. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. Woolf is a globally distributed company backed by world-class investors, and all of our roles are fully remote.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth across existing partners in Europe.
  • Identify growth opportunities for partners.
  • Understand highly technical software tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with partners.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations Team.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly account plans.
  • Proactively educate partners on product features.
  • Be a responsive resource for partners' sales teams.
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical software tools.
  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
