Overview

The Senior Consultant - Pre Sales role involves designing and delivering BPM solutions for clients in the Retail Banking and Payment Operations sectors, focusing on operational efficiency and digital transformation.

In Short

  • Develop end-to-end BPM solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design process flows and delivery models.
  • Lead and mentor pre-sales teams in solution design.
  • Create compelling WIN themes for RFX responses.
  • Apply deep functional knowledge of retail banking operations.
  • Identify transformation opportunities across client ecosystems.
  • Design go-to-market strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Support preparation of analyst surveys and industry RFIs.
  • Present key insights to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Build knowledge repositories for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in BPM/ITO solutioning roles.
  • Proven experience in Retail Banking, Cards, and Payments.
  • Strong understanding of global banking regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in process design tools like Visio or ARIS.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience in supporting sales/pre-sales cycles preferred.
