Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Presales Solutions Consultant to support our sales team in the Hi-Tech sector. This role involves understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and demonstrating how our technology can solve complex business challenges across software, hardware, and digital transformation domains.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales to design scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Create and present tailored demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and proposals.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client pain points and business goals.
  • Present solutions that align with client KPIs, SLAs, and transformation objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on outsourcing strategy and digital enablement.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into BPO offerings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution documentation.
  • Stay updated on trends in high-tech outsourcing.
  • Benchmark solutions against industry standards and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting in the Hi-Tech domain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
