Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, and ability to learn MGH systems).
  • Preferred: Associate degree and 1-year clinical experience.
  • Ability to solve patient and practice problems with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
