The IO/NGO Coordinator plays a crucial role in NATO exercises, ensuring realistic integration of international organizations and NGOs into training scenarios.

• Provide subject matter expertise of IO/NGOs.
• Coordinate and support IO/NGO interactions during exercises.
• Develop operational concepts for humanitarian and civil society issues.
• Act as the focal point for training audience matters related to humanitarian response.
• Coordinate with representatives on humanitarian and civil society matters.
• Provide recommendations for improving representation of humanitarian issues.
• Interact as representatives for fictitious IO/NGOs during exercises.
• Analyze training audience plans and their impacts on IO/NGOs.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in international (non-) governmental organizations.
• 3 years of senior managerial experience within an IO/NGO.
• Experience working alongside NATO at an operational level for at least 3 years.
• Fluency in Business English.
