Overview

The Senior Consultant is a core member of the Strategy team, responsible for leading workstreams on complex, cross-functional projects across Mass General Brigham.

In Short

• Lead multiple complex workstreams or a full project module from design through execution.
• Drive high-quality analysis to inform strategic recommendations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting or equivalent healthcare role.

Requirements

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare data sources preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
