Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Wavestone's Business Consulting practice, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to our clients while leading a variety of business-related engagements. You will have the opportunity to be a hands-on leader, gathering and analyzing data, exploring innovative solutions, making actionable recommendations, and communicating with key stakeholders.

• Lead and manage client engagements in business consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of consulting experience in life sciences.
• Experience in business integration and organizational change.
• Project management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior clients.
• Ability to travel based on client requirements.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Process improvement certification is a plus.
