As a Senior Consultant in Wavestone's Business Consulting practice, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to clients while leading a variety of business-related engagements, focusing primarily on change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of change management consulting experience.
• Experience in business integration and organizational change.
• Project management experience leading teams.
• Solid understanding of organizational effectiveness principles.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel based on client requirements.
