In Short

  • Build pipeline by initiating conversations and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with account executives & marketing to create a strategy for driving pipeline.
  • Research accounts to identify the right personas including decision-makers.
  • Personalize messaging and qualify interest in Wiz to create new opportunities.
  • Contact 150-300 new people per week through various channels.
  • Work closely with a team of motivated business development representatives.
  • Report to the Manager of Business Development.
  • Contribute to the company's record growth.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  • Utilize CRM tools for managing leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales and lead generation experience.
  • Excited about building a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Experience in cold-calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and techniques.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Motivated and self-driven attitude.
