Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (with fluent English skills), your primary focus will be on building and optimizing AI-driven automation that enhances the efficiency and productivity of our sales team. You will also join sales calls to provide technical insight and help close deals, ensuring prospects understand the value of our solutions.

In Short

  • Join sales calls to provide technical expertise and help close deals.
  • Ensure all systems and agents perform flawlessly through QA.
  • Customize chat agent behavior to align with customer workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for effective use of chat agents.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical questions during client meetings.
  • Collect feedback to improve chat agents and sales technologies.
  • Create documentation for chat agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical information.
  • Experience in QA testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with sales teams in a tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service automation.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Organized with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
