In Short

• Join the PEP Screening Team as a Team Lead on a 12-month night shift contract.
• Review alerts raised by screening systems and take appropriate actions.
• Check for Adverse Media and classify customers as Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
• Follow operational procedures for PEP and Adverse Media alert handling.
• Perform analysis of potential matches against internal and external sources.
• Communicate with customers to gather further information.
• Facilitate approval for onboarding customers as PEP.
• Liaise with Product team to refine screening risk methodology.
• Work cooperatively with outsourcing partners.
• Support other controls within Wise’s Screening team.

Requirements

• Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering and CFT Regulations.
• Strong customer empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
