The FinCrime Operations Lead is responsible for leading operational performance in the EMEA market, focusing on Fraud and AML topics. You will work closely with various teams to ensure excellent operations and success metrics are met.

• Proficiency with AML vendors and data software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
