Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online.

In Short

  • Manage business opportunities through a sales pipeline, focusing on distributors.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to identify key influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify priority business issues.
  • Present our value proposition comparing it to existing solutions and competitors.
  • Develop tailored proposals to meet the needs of large-scale prospects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guide opportunities to signature.
  • Link our solutions to identified business challenges.
  • Identify the right contacts, projects, and timing to close effectively.
  • Provide customer feedback to marketing, product, and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in account sales, particularly with brand manufacturers and/or distributors.
  • Experience with distributors in the retail sector is essential.
  • Experience in selling software or SaaS solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable with phone, video conferencing, and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented.
  • Able to adapt, persuade, and ask the right questions.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
