KYC Operations Associate Analyst - Global Business - Remote

Overview

The KYC Operations Associate Analyst is responsible for performing timely customer due diligence to complete the KYC process, engaging in research and analysis to ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.

In Short

• Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and verify customer information according to KYC/AML guidelines.
• Review customer transaction history and provide insights into customer behavior patterns.
• Ensure customer records are accurate and updated as required.
• Perform and document customer risk assessments and escalate as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
• Meet key performance indicators set by the leadership team.
• Participate in meetings, training, and events as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
• Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations.
• Ability to apply a risk-based approach in decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously within defined procedures.
• Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs.
