Business Analyst – Global Operations - Remote

Overview

Tillster is seeking a Business Analyst who excels in analytics, process improvement, and impactful storytelling, aiming to connect data, strategy, and execution to drive smart decisions across the business.

In Short

• Map, model, and improve workflows to keep projects on track.
• Translate raw data into polished presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyze deployment trends and financial ROI to optimize performance.
• Partner with teams to identify and address inefficiencies.
• Act as a resource for KPIs, financial modeling, and strategic reviews.
• Ensure accountability and push for excellence in all tasks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in operations, project analysis, or digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills for data visualizations and presentations.
• Project management experience (PMP or equivalent is a plus).
• Experience in retail or restaurant tech is advantageous.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000
