Overview

The Associate Technical Project Manager will work remotely while living in Portugal, managing customer projects across the Iberia region and the European Union, ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.

• Provide support for a portfolio of customer projects.

Requirements

• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency in order and pay technology.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities.
