As a top-tier provider of technical service delivery, Entara maintains partnerships that require our team to flex into immediate, high-priority security remediation projects. Our projects are essentially a rescue operation: taking environments in the aftermath of a security breach and restoring them to full operations remotely from dusk till dawn.

In Short

• Coordinate multiple external technical projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project resources and budgets effectively.
• Act as the primary face of the team on client calls.
• Participate in incident response on-call rotation.
• Drive team’s development of project proposals and scope documentation.
• Monitor and summarize project progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-mortems to outline lessons learned.
• Utilize Microsoft and virtualization technologies.
• Ensure QA standards are met before project delivery.
• Maintain billable utilization targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft-related technologies and virtualization.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Effective remote working capabilities and dedicated workspace.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
