• Requires a solid technical background and experience in software development.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in software development and web technologies.
• Previous experience in project development or management role.
• Experience managing full-cycle software projects.
• Experience managing engineers and QA.
• Strong accountability and leadership skills.
• Ability to foresee challenges and proactively address obstacles.
• Exposure to startup work environment and agile/scrum processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
