Overview

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to successfully complete regulatory Product goals and objectives.

In Short

• Lead technical delivery oversight and cross-functional team coordination for the Regulatory portfolio.
• Facilitate discussions to align teams on program roadmaps.
• Manage roadmaps, project schedules, and program deliverables using a hybrid Agile & Waterfall approach.
• Track and manage budgets, including variance analysis.
• Develop detailed project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
• Manage E2E delivery and SDLC activities.
• Communicate major milestones and project progress.
• Identify dependencies and risks, conducting regular status meetings.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in E2E delivery and SDLC activities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology and engineering development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively.
