In Short

• Technical project management for embedded software and hardware teams.
• Focus on optimizing ground station design for drone battery swapping.
• Establish and execute R&D plans for future technology revisions.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers.
• Develop project plans aligned with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate team meetings and maintain communication.
• Experience with project management software, preferably Jira.
• Background in electronics and IOT device development.
• Familiarity with embedded software solutions, especially Android.

• Technical background in electronics and embedded systems.
• Proven experience in delivering consumer or IOT electronic devices.
• Familiarity with project management tools, especially Atlassian products.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster a positive project environment.
• Experience in managing risks and dependencies in projects.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
