KYC Operations Associate Analyst - Global Consumer - Remote

Overview

The KYC Operations Associate Analyst is responsible for performing timely customer due diligence to complete the KYC process, engaging in research and analysis to ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.

In Short

• Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Review customer transaction history and provide insights into behavior patterns.
• Ensure accurate and updated customer records while maintaining compliance.
• Perform customer risk assessments and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
• Meet key performance indicators set by the leadership team.
• Participate in meetings, training, and events as required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML roles.
• Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations.
• Ability to make decisions and apply a risk-based approach.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
