The Business Operations Analytics team is a crucial component of the Operations organization, dedicated to driving excellence in customer experience, protecting the company's bottom line, and enabling business growth through data-driven insights.

• Address business challenges by analyzing problems with moderate complexity.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics and data-driven strategy.
• Proven experience in advanced analytics and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to undefined problems.
• Experience in owning projects end-to-end.
• Adaptable to changing business needs.
• Willingness to work in office 2 days per week.
