• Contribute to Agile engagements to enhance project efficiency.
• Deliver on various project roles including documentation and testing.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, specifically ITAM.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• Experience with SAM SaaS connections and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in complex license metrics and software spend detection.
• Demonstrated experience in ITSM, ITOM, or SPM.
• Broad experience in Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in a virtual environment.
• A passion for advising customers and learning product features.
