Senior Managed Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Managed Services Consultant with Bryant Park Consulting, you will manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) and providing business process and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive NetSuite and business transformation experience.

• Manage a portfolio of clients as the Primary Point of Contact.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests within defined SLAs.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead service transition and delivery for assigned accounts.
• Train and mentor team members on technical and functional skills.
• Advise clients on best practices for software and industry standards.
• Review contracts and monitor time expended and billings.
• Help manage teams across multiple geographic regions.
• Participate in initiatives to improve Managed Services delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience including configuration and implementation.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred.
• Experience with ERP best practices.
• Familiarity with application integrations via Celigo and Boomi.
• Ability to manage client and team interactions effectively.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants.
