Overview

As an Engagement Manager with Bryant Park Consulting, you will manage and develop a team of consultants and analysts to deliver end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for clients, serving as a leader and advisor throughout the engagement process.

In Short

• Manage a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts.
• Deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Serve as a client advocate during engagements.
• Support discovery and requirements gathering workshops.
• Advise on standard functionality and leading practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom solutions.
• Lead project management activities and status meetings.
• Define data migration strategies and lead activities.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post go-live.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in relevant fields.
• 6+ years of NetSuite configuration and consulting experience.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience managing client and team interactions.
• Familiarity with SuiteCloud Platform tools.
• Experience with data migration and Go-Live processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Experience managing a team across multiple engagements.
