  • Prepare quotes and proposals, lead client meetings, and participate in events.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide reliable updates to leadership.
  • Track performance against KPIs and propose improvements.

  • Meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Act as a consultative sales expert, understanding client needs.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in B2B sales or commercial support.
  • International/multicultural exposure is a plus.
  • Understanding of language services or digital accessibility is a plus.
  • Familiarity with proposals and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools.
  • Curious about using AI/automation in sales.
